About the aluminum solar profiles, which are usually the aluminum extrusion profiles, use on solar panels. Solar panels are the tool that convert solar energy into other kinds of energy. And the solar profiles are used to fix the solar panels.
Generally, the material of the solar profile is aluminum alloy. And solar profiles are usually extrusion aluminum profile. Like other profiles, they are extruded by extrusion machine, and processed with the same surface treatment, finally packed with heat shrink…
But the most common surface treatment for solar profiles is natural anodizing (silver color). Compared to other surface treatment, natural anodized surface treatment looks more smooth in appearance and is weather resistant. And because this kind of surface treatment is under a strict chemical process, the cost will be more expensive than ordinary powder coating, anodizing and so on.
For natural anodizing, we fix the processed solar profiles on the oxidation shelf, and send it to the anodizing tank. There are some special chemicals in anodizing tank to warp them onto the matte anodizing surface. When making naturally anodizing surface, we must strictly control the duration of anodized, for the reason that spending much time will lead to the wastage of the profiles, and it will not achieve the effect that our customers request for not enough time.
After anodizing, we need to wash the profiles again and again and dry out by air. We ensure we deliver the aluminum profiles with excellent quality to you.
