①Optimize the design and manufacture of extrusion dies for aluminum profiles:
Extrusion die is an important tool to ensure the shape and dimensional accuracy of solar photovoltaic aluminum profile products. The design and production quality of extrusion die is an essential guarantee to achieve excellent quality, large yield, low consumption, high efficiency and low cost in extrusion production. Therefore, in order to produce high-precision photovoltaic aluminum alloy profiles, it is necessary to optimize the design and manufacture of extrusion molds.
②Adopt advanced extrusion mold manufacturing equipment:
High precision and advanced extrusion die processing equipment is the prerequisite to guarantee the metal extrusion die qualified. In the mold design process, the bridge position should be designed on the non-decorative surface of the profile as far as possible to avoid exposing defects.
④Optimize extrusion die design work tape:
The working belt is the part that stabilizes the size of the product and ensures the surface quality of the product. When designing the length of the die working belt, it is requested to minimize the drop, gently change the length, and use the obstruction angle and the flow promotion angle to reduce the metal flow rate, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform metal flow and improve the surface quality of the profiles.
